Home School Insurance Solutions is an Accident Medical and General Liability program developed to meet the unique needs of the Home School community.

This program is a collaborative effort between HSLDA (Home School Legal Defense Association), NCG Insurance, and Special Markets Insurance Consultants, Inc., and their participating insurance companies.

HSLDA is a non-profit advocacy organization established to defend and advance the constitutional rights of parents to direct the education of their children and to protect family freedoms.

This insurance program resulted from the number of calls HSLDA received asking for assistance in obtaining insurance coverage for their special events and group activities.  Many groups were unable to find coverage – particularly affordable coverage. To help address this need, HSLDA sought out and found insurance professionals who were willing to help the Home School community.

HSLDA has endorsed the Home School Insurance Solutions program and maintains the Master Policy in its name, which keeps coverage affordable.  Participating groups are issued individual Certificates of Insurance.  HSLDA receives no monetary benefit from this service.  Their objective is to make affordable, quality insurance coverage available to HSLDA affiliated groups who desire the protections offered under this program.
