Home School Group Events

Home School Support Groups
This program has been designed to cover all registered Home School Students, Non-Employee Teachers and Volunteers.

Support Group Eligibility:
All HSLDA affiliated Discount Groups, including their registered Home School Students, Non-Employee Teachers and Volunteers are eligible for coverage during supervised, Group sponsored Home School events and activities, including travel to and from all events and activities (other than in-home instruction and organized athletics).

Coverage:
Participation of 100% of all Eligible Persons is required for each separately enrolling group. The individual coverage for each group will begin on the date of acceptance or on the date requested, whichever is later, subject to payment of the required premium.  Coverage is for a full 12 months.

Home School Non-Member Support Groups

Home School Group Events
This program has been designed to cover all registered participants attending Group sponsored events, such as conferences, seminars and leadership retreats.

Support Group Event Eligibility:
All HSLDA affiliated Discount Groups who desire coverage for a specified Group sponsored event, such as a conference, seminar, leadership retreat, and other such events are eligible to obtain coverage for all registered participants who attend their event(s).

Coverage:
Participation of 100% of all Eligible Persons attending an event is required for each HSLDA Discount Group enrolling for event coverage. The individual coverage for each HSLDA affiliated Discount Group event will begin on the date of acceptance or on the date requested, whichever is later, subject to payment of the required premium.  Coverage is for a full 12 months.
