PLAN I - HOME SCHOOL SUPPORT GROUPS

This program has been designed to cover all registered Home School Students, Non-Employee Teachers and Volunteers.

Support Group Eligibility:
All HSLDA affiliated Discount Groups, including their registered home school Students, Non-Employee Teachers and Volunteers are eligible for coverage during supervised, group sponsored Home School events and activities, including travel to and from all events and activities (other than in-home instruction).

Coverage:
Participation of 100% of all Eligible Persons is required for each separately enrolling group. The individual coverage for each group will begin on the date of acceptance or on the date requested, whichever is later, subject to payment of the required premium.  Coverage is for a full 12 months.

Coverage is underwritten by OneBeacon. A.M. Best rated this carrier as "A" (Excellent).

Full Excess Medical Expense: Benefits are payable for covered expenses that are not recoverable from any other insurance policy, service contract or workers’ compensation.
