PLAN I
- HOME SCHOOL SUPPORT GROUPS
This program has been designed to cover all registered Home
School Students, Non-Employee Teachers and Volunteers.
This program includes:
Support Group Eligibility:
All HSLDA affiliated Discount Groups, including their
registered home school Students, Non-Employee Teachers and Volunteers are
eligible for coverage during supervised, group sponsored home school events and
activities, including travel to and from all events and activities (other than in-home
instruction).
Coverage:
Participation of 100% of all Eligible Persons is required for
each separately enrolling group. The individual
coverage for each group will begin on the date of
acceptance or on the date requested, whichever is later, subject to payment of
the required premium. Coverage terminates with the termination of the
Master Policy.
The Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA)
does not assume any of the insurance risk provided by QBE Insurance or Capitol
Insurance, HSLDA is not involved in the administration of these plans including
premium collection or adjudication of claims. HSLDA acts only in the capacity of
the Master Policyholder for these Policies for its Members benefit.
